Envirogas Conversion Ltd was formed in August 2000 and specialises in the conversion of private, fleet, and commercial vehicles to LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) operation. In addition we can provide normal servicing,
repairs, and MOT work in fully equipped workshop. We
have carried out LPG conversion work for fleet users,
including local main dealerships at Redditch & Bromsgrove and are an approved installer of the Landi Renzo, Prins and AG system. We are full members of the inspection necessary for approved installer status, which at present is voluntary but will eventually become mandatory. An introduction to L.P.GL.P.G is the term generally derived from Liquified Petroleum Gas and is now being introduced into our day-to-day lives for the propulsion of road vehicles. L.P.G is obtained as a by-product of the distillation of oil from crude oil and from North Sea gas. This gas is being modified to specific requirements for the United Kingdom in order to contain an average 95% propane. Therefore, L.P.G contains no lead and is cleaner to our atmosphere. Advantages of L.P.G against other fuels:L.P.G contains no lead and is therefore safer to our environment. L.P.G is beneficial to your engine because it reaches the engine in pure gas form resulting in improved combustion. You will find the drive smoother due to the higher octane content of the gas. The exhaust fumes that are discharged into the atmosphere contain less harmful substances such as carbon monoxide due to the modern technology provided within the conversion kit. The life span of your engine can be extended as a result of the cleaner gas being used and the absence of acids and carbon deposits. The engine oil does not become diluted with a consequential reduction in servicing costs. Engine noise is low and you'll be driving in a more environment-friendly way! |
